[Kimberlite-dev] Order of services.

There is no option in Kimberlite to define which services get started
when. You can, however, get what what you want. The Service Manager
starts services in the order in which they are listed in the database.
So, if you create your IP based services first they will be started
first.
If your services are already created you could modify the database by
hand the achieve this. This is a not a suggested or preferred route,
but it will work if you know what you are doing.
